At SPS our primary focus is on selling sustainable energy.
But our strengths extend further: to enabling and supporting EPCs in Africa by funding their renewable energy projects.
As a funding partner to an EPC, we enable the EPC to compete in the “funded project” market segment. This broadens the EPC’s reach, expanding the number of possible projects they can tender for in this competitive segment.
Backed by our funding, you (our EPC partner) provide either the turn-key project or a preferred portion of the EPC works.
We fund projects larger than 500 kWp.

SPS welcomes enquiries and partnerships from solar energy and battery storage project developers who seek funding.
Our preference is for private sector business-to-business based projects above 1 MWp. We consider viable Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects which are either at an advanced stage or are experiencing challenges during the execution of the project.

Joint Ventures
We are open to entering into a joint venture with your company if you are a funder who owns and operates solar energy or battery plants and have current or potential clients requiring a commercial or industrial project in Africa.
We are resourced to contribute considerable EPC expertise along with our secure funding and can add value to every part of the value chain.
Alternatively, we can work with your preferred EPC and provide the funding.
