SPS provides green energy solutions, typically in the range of 500 kWp to 100 MWp. Depending on your requirements, these solutions are realised in one of two options:

Fully Funded Solar and Battery

Sustainable Power Solutions (SPS) provides the capital outlay to design and construct the solar PV and/or battery storage solution.

We then sell the generated electricity to you or lease the installed equipment to you.

We structure this service in one of two energy agreement options:

• Power Purchase Agreement or
• Equipment Lease

Co-invest with SPS

You co-invest with Sustainable Power Solutions in a solar PV and/or battery storage asset. Together with us, you become a shareholder in the entity that holds the energy generation assets.

We arrange the full debt funding for the project. This means that you, as a co-investor, will have full insight into the project investment. You’ll enjoy the returns on your leveraged investment stake, while also benefitting from electricity at a lower cost as the off-taker
