Did you know that is theĀ first solar project in the world famous Ol Pejeta Conservancy?
The fixed-tilt, ground mounted solar PV plant is capable of operating in a grid-tied or hybrid mode, which results in minimal use of diesel generated power when the grid fails. The power plant generates an optimal supply of energy which cuts down on the camps operational costs saving on electricity and diesel costs! Since our client focuses on operating their tourism resorts in the most sustainable way with an incredibly low eco-footprint, this solar power plant needed to be designed with their goals in mind.
